PHOTOGRAPHY PACKAGES:

Basic Photo Package – $150

• Up to 20 edited photos • Ideal for small homes, condos, rentals • Interior + exterior coverage • Online delivery within 24–48 hours.

Standard Photo Package – $250

• Up to 35 edited photos • Interior, exterior, and detail shots • Great for most standard listings • Online delivery within 24–48 hours.

Premium Photo Package – $350

• Up to 50 edited photos

• Interior, exterior, detail + neighborhood highlights • Includes MLS + social media–ready sizes • Priority delivery (often same/next day when possible)

DRONE / AERIAL ADD-ONS

Drone Add-On (Photos Only) – +$100

• 5–10 aerial images • Front, back, top-down, and angle shots of property • Available with any photo package

Drone Add-On (Photos + Short Video) – +$175

• 5–10 aerial photos • 15–30 sec aerial video clip (great for social/MLS embeds)

Photo + Drone Bundle – $300

• Standard Photo Package (up to 35 photos) • Drone photo add-on (5–10 aerial images) • Best value for most listings

Premium Media Bundle – $450

• Premium Photo Package (up to 50 photos) • Drone photos + short aerial video • Great for luxury listings or large properties

OPTIONAL EXTRAS

• Twilight / Sunset Conversion (Digital) – $25 per image

• On-site Twilight Shoot – +$100

• Amenity / Neighborhood Add-On – +$50

• Rush Delivery (Same Day, When Possible) – +25% of package

• Return Visit (Weather / Reshoot) – from $75

I am required to follow ALL rules, and abide by any restrictions put on by the FAA.

FAA Conditions and approvals can change without warning.

Weather conditions will be handled by the drone pilots best judgement. NO EXCEPTIONS!!

Reschedule options will take priority for client satisfaction.

• Travel fee may apply for properties outside primary service area.

• Payment due on delivery of final images.

• Cancel/reschedule within 24 hours when possible.
